There are so many people who get tired of using the default Windows applications every time they open a new program. With the stroke application, you can easily and rapidly change your desktop background to any of your favorite picture that you have taken with your cell phone camera. You could even have a customized desktop wallpaper created for your Windows XP desktop. The great thing about stroke is that it is very easy to download and install.
So how do you do a stroke? Simply click and hold on the left mouse button and draw the stroke you desire performed on your computer screen. You could either temporarily disable strokeIt by holding the Control key, right-clicking on the StrokeIme icon on your system tray or just by holding down the control key. After a stroke, strokeIt will prompt you to save your current desktop. Just choose "Yes" and your desktop will be saved. If you need a new desktop, all you have to do is drag your mouse cursor to the desired position on your desktop, then press "OK".
Another great thing about strokeIt is that you can use it to quickly share your photo files with your friends. There are a number of places where you can post your photos, such as Facebook, Flickr, MySpace, and even e-mail them. All you have to do is copy and paste the code from the bottom of the page and fill in the appropriate fields to upload the photo. When your friends see your photo on their computers, they will instantly know that you posted it. After uploading photos to the strokeIt application, you will immediately see an icon on your desktop. Click on this icon and within seconds, your photo will be available on the internet.
